At Lovess Luxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused

In the same condition that you received them

In the original packaging

❗ Personalized, engraved, or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless defective.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

🔹 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔹 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

🔹 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Clear photos of the damage/defect

We will provide a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

🔹 Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
